Roasted hotdogs over a campfire is a quintessential camping meal. Take the fun up a level without more work with camping pigs in a blanket. In addition to the ingredients listed below, you’ll need a set of skewers.

INGREDIENTS

(Makes 8 servings)
1 can of crescent rolls
8 hotdogs
Ketchup
Mustard

DIRECTIONS

1. Pop open a can of crescent rolls and unrolls and separate the dough
2. Place a hotdog on the base of the triangle piece of dough and tightly wrap dough around hot dog.
3. Pierce a skewer through the hotdog and roast the hotdog over the campfire, but avoid placing directly into the flame. Hotdogs are done when dough is a nice golden brown color.
4. Remove from skewer and enjoy immediately with ketchup and mustard.
